Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all parents and carers (“participants”) attending the Education Stations session.
1.2. By booking or attending an Education Stations session, you agree to follow all policies outlined below for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
1.3. Education Stations’ sessions are designed for babies and toddlers aged 6 months – 4 years but younger and older siblings are welcomed.

2. Supervision & Responsibility

2.1. Parents/carers are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during the Education Stations session.
2.2. Staff or volunteers are present to facilitate activities but are not responsible for childcare.
2.3. Children must remain within the designated area unless accompanied by their parent/carer. Running is not permitted within the venue. Children are not permitted to enter the kitchen.

2.4. We understand that babies and children may get hungry during the session so milk and snacks are fine, but please take your child to one side whilst having their snack.

2.5. It is a Parent/carer’s responsibility to keep Education Stations up to date with medical conditions and allergy information.

3. Health & Safety

3.1. Please do not attend if you or your child have had any form of contagious illness within 48 hours of the class commencing as this may put others at risk. Education Stations have the right to remove or decline entrance if they feel that your child is unwell/displaying symptoms.
3.2. All toys and equipment should be used safely and as intended. Please report any damaged toys or safety hazards to a member of staff immediately.
3.3. Hot drinks must be kept in lidded cups and out of children’s reach.

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

4.1. Payment must be made in advance/at the session (choose one).
4.2. All bookings are non-refundable. We will aim to accommodate requests to move sessions where possible but Education Stations cannot guarantee this and does not accept any liability where the request cannot be accommodated. Refunds or credits will only be offered in cases of session cancellation by Education Stations or at Education Stations’ discretion.

4.3. As dates for special events (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Halloween) are limited no refunds will be given for missed sessions on these dates unless the session is cancelled by Education Stations.
4.4. Spaces are limited; bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are unable to attend, please give as much notice as possible.

5. Photography & Media

5.1. Photography of your own child is allowed, but please avoid capturing other children without parent/carer permission.
5.2. We will often capture photos and videos during the sessions for marketing purposes. These will only be used with prior consent. Please indicate your preferences at time of booking, especially if you do not wish photographs or videos of your child to be featured on social media.

6. Personal Belongings

6.1. All personal items brought to the session are the responsibility of the parent/carer. During some sessions, materials such as paint and water may be used. Education Stations take no responsibility for stained, marked or damaged clothes.
6.2. The organiser is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

7. Liability

7.1. Attendance at the Education Stations session is at your own risk.
7.2. Education Stations take no responsibility for injuries, accidents or illnesses within the venue.

8. Changes to Sessions

8.1. Education Stations reserves the right to amend session times, activities and policies if necessary.
8.2. Participants will be notified of any major changes as soon as possible.
